While my plans have skewered, the goals have taken a back seat, the will to go on is in short supply, we are here again talking about trying something different.
The word on my lips.
Exercise apps.
Have you tried them? Do you have a favourite? Is there something you swear by?
This is my mindset right now. I can’t do this alone.
I miss my friends, I miss working out with people, I miss having the energy to want to do something post work, or outside or with people.
So like most of these entries, I am going to try something new. Weightloss/Exercise Apps.
I am a religious MyFitnessPal user (are you a member? Leave your username below as I would love to connect) through all the stages of my life I have found solstice in tracking food, and weight. Particularly with recent epiphanies of how disillusioned I have been, the ability to match images with actual weight has helped me set a realistic goal. The plan as always continues to be, how? How do I get there?
To compliment this fantastic app, I have made the decision. Let’s try a fitness app, and one that I know many people use. And me, being me, one was not enough. So we have downloaded two. The first is the Sweat App, the second Lean with Lilly.
And we will now try them, see what they both offer, see if I can stick to a plan, see if it makes a difference. Since we spoke last, I have tried different eating methods, continuing to track my food, doing intermittent fasting and like before, no change. No weight gain, but no change. So a key, I know is missing. Exercise.
