I may not be there yet but I’m closer than I was yesterday.
Step 1. Write down your goal
Step 2. Set a deadline
Step 3. Have a plan
Step 4. Understand your macro and calorie needs
Step 5. Start Now….
It seems so simple. 5 steps to transform your body. Laid out, plainly, not complicated at all. So we start.
Step 1. My goal, (easy) lose weight. Alright SMART goal, weigh in under 70kgs by June 2021. Plenty of time, 20kgs difference over 12months. Easy.
Step 2. Well duh, completed in step one.
Step 3… the plan. The plan…. (starts googling)…… Keto, Paleo, Atkins, Meal replacement…….. (reads multiple sites)……. HIIT, weights, cardio….. (starts to get flustered)….. 1200 calories, 1500 calories, 800 calories….. (can no longer look at the computer)……. (throws hands in the air and walks away, it’s tomorrow Ella’ s problem now)
Help me now.
You might be thinking, hey that sounds like me. I’ve given up because it all seems too hard. How do you know what the right plan is? How do you even know where to start?
